01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Loyalty program rewards and VIP points are accumulated based on actual wagering activity and exclude bets placed with bonus funds.

06 User Conduct & Prohibitions

• Transferring funds between accounts for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.

08 Account Closure & Service Termination

You may close your miso88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balance withdrawals have been processed.

• Miso88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
• In cases of closure due to fraud or misconduct, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.
• If you choose self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be frozen for the period you specify and cannot be reinstated before that period ends.

09 Applicable Law
